That anthem is 'God Save the Queen' which is the British National Anthem. Strictly speaking its the National Anthem of Greatr Britain and Northern Ireland or if you prefer the United Kingdom. No ifs, no buts. There is no official 'English National Anthem', but there are at least 2 for Scotland and arguably one for Wales and none for Northern Ireland
